It was a beautiful sunny day here in Cambridge today so I took the opportunity to take the Fuji X-E1 out for a good hard street session. The images have been post processed slightly, touch of contrast and a vignette. I don’t shoot RAW these are all jpegs. I hope you enjoy this street view of Cambirdge as much as I have. I was inspired following the Vietnam series of images from another Fuji X-E1 user. There are a large number if images after the jump link. I am still stunned by the dynamic range, tone, colour and sharpness from this lens and camera. And it’s half the size and a quarter the weight of my old DSLR kit. What more could I want. I think it might be better than the Leica M not that’s have used one but this kit is lighter and more possibly more versatile.

Stunning images, great color and sharpness thank you.
Great shots and reassurance that the xe1 is a great little camera! Would you mind sharing your settings – film simulation, in camera sharpness, dynamic range etc?
Hi Dan Thank you for your comment, Sure I choose BW+Red filter, no change to sharpening, Dynamic range was set to auto. Post process in Aperture 2.1 slight vignette and a just a touch of contrast.
Hope this helps. Regards Simon http://www.simonpeckham.co.uk simon.peckham@me.com
